President
Kevin has a healthy obsession for disruption and approaching both work and play with curiosity and exploration. The idea of becoming storytellers for our partners through agency creativity, innovative technology, and premium service is exciting...especially in an industry often considered to be commoditized product. Kevin enjoys all things outdoor and is a nationally ranked amateur golfer. He loves spending time with his wife and three sons and occasionally reliving 90's tunes via a mean karaoke machine.

For Jennifer, marketing has become a natural progression through her passion for service and helping people improve their well being. The services we provide should be far more than just promo product and she loves what she does. On her favorite days, she can be found relaxing with her family, traveling near and far, practicing yoga, hiking, and chasing sunsets…oh and she’s also a mom to 3 (usually) delightful boys.

Angie has the drive and carisma that makes her unstoppable when it comes to providing her clients solutions. In a world that needed it yesterday, she is able to navigate through the trenches and deliver what her clients ask for. Angie enjoys working out, concerts, being outdoors and attending sporting events due to having 2 active boys that keep her running from game to game.

Colleen loves exploring possibilities and pushing boundaries! She approaches her client’s projects with gusto, and is driven to ensure their satisfaction. She is a proud UW-Madison Grad, and loves cheering on the Badgers! Just behind her friendly demeanor and sunny disposition is a competitive athlete who enjoys participating in triathlons and road races. In her spare time she scratches her creative itch through photography for friends and family. She cherishes time with her family, and enjoys the outdoors with her husband and two kids.

She enjoys finding creative solutions to help showcase her clients’ brands, and strives to be a trusted partner for everyone she works with. Angeline relishes all things food-related, whether it is cooking old family recipes, experimenting with a new one from a cookbook, or exploring new restaurants. She also enjoys traveling, cheering her alma mater (Go Badgers!), a good book, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Brad's involvement in the swag world goes beyond his years at 3tree. As a former client of 3tree while at NBC Sports in Chicago, he knows what our clients needs and expectations are. He still thinks and acts like a client on each and every project to ensure we exceed those expectations. Brad is a graduate of Marquette University and Northwestern University and he enjoys spending as much of the year outdoors as possible with his wife and three young kids.

Buffy is the "Yoda" of the operation. She slays dragons, heards cats, and captures leprechauns for the team and clients. A foodie at heart, she experiments on her friends and family with new and creative dishes. She also loves to travel, take rides on the Harley with her husband, and watch her son play hockey.

Meghan is someone you want on your Disney trivia team and also to help you through the process of building your program. She comes with over 5 years of industry experience and strives to continue to learn and explore the world of program advancements. She is a proud graduate from UW-Stevens Point and enjoys cheering on whatever team her hubby is coaching. Meghan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter and two dogs (Piper and Lambeau), as well as exploring the world, family walks, a good cup of coffee, and trying new restaurants.

She loves spending time with her family and can be found riding her 4-wheeler on Wisconsin's northern trails.
